1. When are you entitled to a refund?

The amount will be returned to you in full or in part if:
✔️ The order did not arrive at all;
✔️ The order was canceled due to us, the facility or the courier;
✔️ The wrong product arrived or the product(s) are missing — the cost of the corresponding part is returned;
✔️ the product arrived damaged, spilled or clearly spoiled;
✔️ When paying online, the amount was deducted, but the order could not be completed.

2. How to claim

2.2. Specify the order number (#code) and description of the problem; In case of damage, a photo is preferable — it speeds up the review significantly.
2.3. We will consider the request in a maximum of 3 working days (mostly on the same day).

3. How the money is returned

3.1. When paying online (by card). — the amount is returned to the same card; It usually takes 3-10 business days to reflect on the bank side. If you wish, we can instantly credit you as CHAPI cashback.
3.2. When paying in cash — The amount is credited to you as cashback or, upon agreement, returned to you during the next order/transfer.
3.3. The cashback applied to the canceled order is automatically returned to the balance.

4. What is not subject to return

✖️ Perishable food due to "change of mind" after delivery - if quality defect is not fixed;
✖️ a dish that you just didn't like the taste, without a flaw;
✖️ Medicines and personal hygiene products are not subject to return by law (except for factory complaints);
✖️ An order that could not be delivered due to your incorrect address or unavailability (see clause 6.2 of the rules).

5. Verification amount of the attached card

A small amount deducted when remembering the card (usually 1 ₾) will be automatically returned to you Upon attachment. If you don't see it in 3 working days - write to us and we will solve it immediately.
