1. What data we collect

To operate the service, we store: name, phone number, delivery addresses, order history and, with your permission, geolocation (for address verification and courier live-tracking). In the case of couriers, location is only processed while online to ensure order delivery.

2. What we use it for

The data is used only to receive and deliver orders, status SMS/Push notifications, cashback accrual and customer support. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties, except for the minimum necessary for delivery (eg the courier sees the order address).

3. Notifications

Push and SMS notifications are sent only on the status of your orders. You can turn off Push at any time from your device settings.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on a secure server with HTTPS encryption. You can request the deletion of the account and related data at the contact indicated below — the request is fulfilled within a reasonable time.

5. Children

The service is intended for persons over 18 years of age.
